Sunday Morning Empowerment Meetings

On Sunday mornings, we gather for support and community strengthening.  The meetings include meditations, affirmations, Qigong and Tai Chi exercises, sacred conversations, inspirational readings, and meaningful rituals. Although we are not a religious organization, we embrace widely known religious practices, such as Buddhist, Christian, and Toltec traditions.

“We understand all religions as cultural manifestations of a human experience with God.”

We will utilize the Bible, the Husia, the Koran, the Vedas and other scriptures to help us to understand God being manifested in our lives.  The Bible and other sacred documents are inspirational documents, but not perfect or infallible in form.  These documents do not speak to every aspect of our lives, but help to give meaning on the importance of life and living.

We gather to create support and encouragement in community.

We gather on Sundays for spiritual development and we do it without religion.

We offer support without judgment.

We take one moment … it is about the moment. It’s about force, compassion and change.

We are Spirit in Community!
